When preparing to send your timepiece for repair, ensure you include the completed repair form and a copy of the warranty document if applicable. Securely package your watch in a sturdy box with ample cushioning to prevent damage during transit. It’s advisable to fully insure the package and request adult signature confirmation upon delivery. Additionally, keep a record of the tracking information for your shipment. You do not need to send the original watch box.
