Warranty Policy
Your Shami Fine Watchmaking watch is backed by a warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, including issues related to the watch movement. If you encounter any problems due to defective materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch at no cost to you.
The Warranty Does Not Cover
- General wear and tear resulting from typical use, including damage to the crystal, case, strap, and/or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, negligent care, or accidents, such as dropping the watch or impacting hard surfaces.
- Lost or damaged gemstones or decorative elements.
- THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON JEWELRY
Important Note
Repairs or servicing performed by third parties without explicit written consent and authorization from Shami Fine Watchmaking will automatically invalidate your warranty. In such cases, any current or future damage will become the responsibility of the purchaser.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain watches may retain their original manufacturer warranty. If your watch requires warranty service, please contact Shami Fine Watchmaking, and we will guide you on whether we send your watch directly to the manufacturer or service in-house at Shami Fine Watchmaking.
