Shami Fine Watchmaking was first established by Ahmad Rushdy Al Shami, and his son, Moh’d Al Shami. Later, the business expanded to their eldest grandson and son, Adam and his two brothers Mahmoud and Motaz, all of whom grew up side by side in the workshop and later, classically trained in Switzerland. For over 70 years, Shami Fine Watchmaking has been known for its authority and expertise in watchmaking. At our family-run business, we are dedicated to upholding the tradition of exceptional watchmaking. Today, in its third generation, Shami is an authorized service center for nearly every major Swiss manufacturer. We take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance by utilizing genuine factory parts, ensuring that all work is conducted in-house for the best possible outcome.

OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY

Shami Fine Watchmaking’s state-of-the-art facility contains multiple work stations and an array of sophisticated equipment and tools to ensure all timepieces are repaired to the highest of standards before they are returned. Our large workshop is equipped with trained certified watchmakers to ensure superior quality and workmanship. From moon phase quarter repeater tourbillons to a simple battery change; Shami Fine Watchmaking is equipped and experienced to handle any service.

REASONABLE PRICES

Shami Fine Watchmaking takes pride in providing all customers with complimentary, thorough estimates after extensive diagnostic testing. The work to be performed is explained in comprehensive detail, answering all customers’ questions to their satisfaction.

TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

Shami Fine Watchmaking offers a two-year warranty covering the workmanship performed on all “Full Services.” Warranties do not cover cosmetic issues such as normal wear and tear, damage to any part of the watch, including the movement, caused by neglect, accidental drops/impacts, or misuse. All warranties are rendered void if any work is done by any person other than Shami Fine Watchmaking.
