Return & Exchange Policy
Shami Fine Watchmaking will ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders will not be fulfilled over the weekend and/or holidays. We do not ship with USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Shipment time frames are in business days only and exclude weekends and/or holidays. For security purposes, we do not ship Fridays to prevent orders from sitting in a carrier warehouse over weekends to help mitigate loss or theft.
Shipping to the United States:
Shami Fine Watchmaking offers free FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS Overnight shipping for all online orders delivered within the continental United States. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss or theft of your purchase. Adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
New Jersey Store Pickup:
If your item is available for pick up please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be ready. Shami Fine Watchmaking will contact you after you place your order to set up a pick up time.
International Shipping:
For an additional charge, Shami Fine Watchmaking offers FedEx or UPS International shipping for all orders delivered outside the continental United States. This additional charge includes insurance to cover the potential loss or theft of your purchase. Adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Certain countries may apply additional charges to shipments, including a Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking:
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our vault.
Shipping & Delivery Problems
If your shipped order is lost or damaged, please reach out to Shami Fine Watchmaking within 10 business days to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be found, a claim will be processed, which could take up to four weeks. Once the carrier accepts responsibility, Shami Fine Watchmaking will receive insurance reimbursement and send out a replacement item. If it is not available and a similar option is turned down, you will receive a full refund of your original payment.
