Return & Exchange Policy

At Shami Fine Watchmaking and Shami Fine Jewelry, we are dedicated to providing you with an unparalleled luxury experience.

For all sales (online, in-store, and phone), refunds are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of merchandise, provided the item has not been damaged, altered, or in any other condition other than when sold, and is included in its original packaging with tags, if applicable. After inspection, if the return is approved, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

After 7 days of receipt of merchandise, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit based on the merchandise’s condition post sale and current market value.

All sales of special orders and custom-made orders are final sales. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds permitted.

Promotional and sale items are final sales.
